Proficio Education is a leading secondary school consultancy and training organisation working in the North of England. We are specialists at Curriculum Design, Timetable Training and Construction, Integrated Curriculum and Financial Planning, Financial Consultancy, SIMS Support and Leadership Development.
‘Serving Schools, Serving Students’ is what we are about. Proficio is a Latin word that means to help, to assist and to advance. We enable schools and academies to excel. If you are looking for expertise in these areas, then we will work alongside you and your team to see your school reach its potential.
As a senior school leader with nearly 30 years of education experience, mostly in Merseyside, I know what it takes to produce rapid school improvement. I have considerable experience of leading schools in challenging circumstances to facilitate transformation out of special measures and into good and outstanding. I have seen first-hand how the effectiveness of a school can be enhanced by targeted support from experienced professionals who are experts in their field. That is what Proficio Education seeks to do – enhance what is already there and help to take it further.
