March 2021 sees Proficio Education deliver its training to Education and Skills Funding Agency staff. Stuart Hodgkinson, company director will deliver the training to around 50 staff said that this was a great opportunity to provide the ESFA Staff with skills to improve how they relate to school business managers and finance directors. ‘Although I have delivered training to a wide variety of audiences this is the first time I have trained staff from the ESFA and I am looking forward to equipping them with skills that will better serve schools and students.’
The training starts in March 2021 and is aimed at helping staff to develop better working relationships with schools and academies. Joanne Adey ESFA Training Manager said that staff had requested this training as they want to do more to ensure their relationships with school business managers and finance directors are as productive as possible. The ESFA have a core commitment to improve our customer experience and none are more important than those responsible for managing the finances of schools and academies across the country.
The ESFA manages £60 billion of public money and offering great customer experience with value for money are key objectives for the organisation. With all the issues with Covid, school management has never been so tough, if the ESFA can lighten the load a little then we will.
